Air India Limited is inviting applications for the recruitment of 534 Senior Trainee Pilots posts. Candidates are required to apply by January 31, 2016. Selection will be based on Psychometric Test & Simulator Proficiency Assessment Check (SPAC). The airline has stated that interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with photocopies of testimonials, recent passport size photograph duly pasted and a Demand Draft send to General Manager(Personnel), Air India Limited, Headquarters Airlines House, 113, Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Road, NewDelhi-110001.
The airline faced recruitment challenges in 2015, when it was reported that no potential employees showed up to recruitment drives. “It’s a statement on the state of affairs at AI that a once sought-after job failed to attract a single applicant,” a senior pilot told the Hindustan Times.

Eligibility Criteria

Application Fee : UR & OBC Candidates have to pay Rs.3000/- through Demand Draft drawn in Favour of “Air India Limited” payable at Delhi. No fees for SC/ST Ex-Servicemen Candidates.
