Irish airline Aer Lingus has launched its biggest ever recruitment drive for pilots, with up to 100 direct entry positions available from its home base at Dublin Airport.

Successful pilots will be flying Aer Lingus’ s fleet of Airbus A320/1 and Airbus A330 to more than 100 destinations across UK, Europe and North America. Five new transatlantic routes have been aded to its longhaul network in the last two years: Hartford, Los Angeles, Newark, Miami and, just this month, Philadelphia.
Eight of the updated long range version of the Airbus A321neo (new engine option) are due on the fleet in the next few years.

There are 100 positions available for direct entry pilots and over the next three years we plan to recruit up to 200.”
