One of the most highly anticipated aircraft in business aviation, Dassault’s Falcon 6X, is nearing entry-into-service and CAE is getting ready to train its pilots.
CAE announced at the 2022 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE2022) earlier this month that it will deploy the first CAE 7000XR Series Dassault Falcon 6X full-flight simulator (FFS) at its Burgess Hill training centre in the UK.
As the exclusive training provider for the Dassault Falcon 6X, CAE has developed an innovative pilot training programme to support the new aircraft entry into service next year.
“The Falcon 6X training programme is a significant step forward in terms of technology and training experience,” said Nick Leontidis, CAE Group President, Civil Aviation.
“Pilots will be able to fully immerse themselves in their training with expert instructors, digitally-interactive classrooms, and the most advanced full-flight simulators. CAE’s Falcon 6X training programme will give pilots the knowledge and skills they need to confidently fly this new aircraft when it enters into service.”
In addition to the Falcon 6X FFS, a Falcon 8X FFS will be ready for training at CAE Burgess Hill this fall.
