CTC Aviation is offering opportunities for EASA frozen ATPL holders, even if they haven’t completed their training through the company’s CTC Wings and CTC Takeoff programmes.
The ATO confirmed that the recent increased demand for high-quality, newly-qualified pilots had increased significantly. CTC FLEXICREW, previously known as the ATP Scheme has helped more than 400 newly-qualified pilots secure first airline co-pilot roles.
Airline Partners on the programme include Ryanair, Monarch Airlines, easyJet, Flybe and BA CityFlyer.
Applicants who are successful following a selection event with CTC Aviation at its Airline Resourcing and Selection Centre – Dibden Manor, will be invited to enroll upon an AQC which incorporates the mandatory Multi-crew Cooperation Course (MCC), advanced handling skills on a B737 or A320 and airline Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) training. The course is airline-focused and forms the necessary foundations required for subsequent aircraft type rating, line training and line operations. Those who meet the required standard during AQC will be eligible to enter the CTC FLEXICREW ATP Programme database for potential placement with an Airline Partner.
