easyJet took delivery of its first of thirty A321neo (new engine option) aircraft at the Farnborough International Airshow earlier this week.
The A321neo is the largest member of the Airbus single aisle family with 235 seats in easyJet’s configuration.
The $129.5m aircraft is powered by CFM Leap-1A engines which, with the new Sharklet wingtips, deliver more than 15 percent fuel and CO2 savings, as well as 50 percent noise reduction.
easyJet had their first A321neo delivery today at #FIA18, and as a special feature an all-female flight crew piloted it!
