Growth marks PCL Manchester return

Pilot Careers Live Manchester returned on Saturday 13 July to the Concorde Conference Centre for another day of educational and inspiring activity from airlines and flight schools.

Following on exactly a year since the last event, the return in 2024 saw a huge increase in interest with ticket sales up 30% year-on-year. This increased footfall led to one of the busiest Pilot Careers Live events held outside London.

During the day numerous speakers from airlines delivered talks to visitors on a range of subjects. Seminars were delivered from British Airways, easyJet, Jet2.com, Loganair and TUI and each airline shared updates about their own recruitment plans.

The a busy exhibition hall, laid out underneath the still-futuristic form of Concorde, was packed with approved training organisations (ATOs), education establishments, airlines and more. Exhibitors and visitors praised the quality on offer, with one parent saying, “Thank you for an excellent and informative day, extremely professional and well organised! My son came away with so much information and was ‘buzzing’ with even more enthusiasm in achieving his goal.”

Pilot Careers Live will be visiting four more locations before the year’s end, with tickets now on sale for each event:

Frankfurt – 21 September

Dublin – 19 October

London – 2 November

Rome – 23 November
