Resilient Pilot, the not-for-profit organisation created to help keep pilots and cabin crew supported, current and connected, has launched the Resilient Crew Room and Resilient Resource Hub with free and paid membership options.
Membership will give access to free mentoring, coaching and virtual events, as well as to two brand new innovative resources that have been created by the volunteer team of pilot, cabin crew and specialist mentors by crew, for crew.
Resilient Pilot’s core activity is the provision of mentoring and coaching for pilots and cabin crew around the world. Between them, the team of over 70 volunteer pilots, cabin crew, specialist mentors, coaches and Kickstart employees provide 1:1 support for an average of 200 crew.
The Resilient Pilot Resource Hub provides interactive, web-based access to a range of useful tools to help aviation professionals refresh and expand their understanding and confidence in core competencies.
Integrated within the Resource Hub are Resilient Pilot’s Competency Development Scenarios (CDS). These mentor-led, virtual desktop loft-type sessions are designed to help consolidate competency confidence in a practical environment.
Launched in May 2020, Resilient Pilot now has over 5,000 LinkedIn followers and 3,000 subscribers.
