Online versions of Symbiotics’ aptitude and knowledge tests (ADAPT) can now be accessed directly by companies and individuals.
Available tests include the pilot selection Future Aptitude Screening Tool (FAST), maths, physics, English, aviation knowledge and cognitive reasoning.
Symbiotics are hoping to make assessments more accessible to all sized companies in a cost-effective manner by enabling people to purchase online however many tests they need, as and when they need them.
Symbiotics has also developed question banks and new versions of tests to allow individuals to familiarise themselves with these tests without comprising the integrity of the service expected by our industry partners.
Symbiotics’ managing director and chief occupational psychologist Karen Moore said, “We are delighted to offer these tests to aspiring pilots and entrants to the aviation world, as this is something that candidates have been asking us for historically.”
