CATS has announced an overhaul of its PPL online and app products, including new video content, updated lectures and Pooley’s Air Pilot’s Manuals.
Matt Harvey, Director for Business Development at CATS said, “We are really pleased to be able to finally offer what we believe to be the best PPL platform available to EASA students. With more than 2,000 students having used the system for free over the last few years we thought it was time for an overhaul! We believe that bringing one of the biggest names in aviation publishing to the platform will make this something that every PPL student will want to use during their studies.”
Sebastian Pooley said, “Pooley’s Air Pilot Publishing is delighted to partner with CATS to offer the Air Pilot’s Manuals series of PPL Training Manuals within their advanced training platform. The Air Pilot’s Manuals, originally written by Trevor Thom and now updated by a team of subject matter experts, are one of the leading series of training manuals in Europe. For nearly 30 years, they have held an outstanding reputation for accuracy, ease of use and they are continually updated. They are recommended CAA reading material and are referred to extensively in the CAA examination answer booklets.”
