Holiday company TUI is looking for qualified pilots, both non type-rated and type-rated, and former military pilots, across its UK bases.
The company says, “TUI Group is the world’s number one integrated tourism business. Flight Operations is a function within our airline organisation responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable flight experience for all our customers. The Flight Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts providing services across the UK and Nordics.
“As a B737 First/Second Officer, you’ll provide a safe and enjoyable in-flight experience for all our customers. We see the journey as part of our customer’s holiday; we expect our Pilots to embrace the customer focused culture and go the extra smile to ensure our cabin service is the envy of our competitors.”
TUI is holding assessment days at East Midlands Airport on 21-22 November 2022.
Among the criteria candidates need is:
- A UK-issued ATPL/CPL with ATPL theory credits with current IR
- A current UK-issued Class 1 medical
- A valid 10-year UK or EU passport that permits worldwide travel freely to the destinations TUI flies to
- Eligible to live and work indefinitely in the UK without additional approvals.
Oh, and you need to be at least 1.58m tall and able to swim 25 metres.
