Ultimate High Academy (UHA), has been approved by the UK CAA for its Multi-Pilot UPRT training course ahead of new EU regs coming in on 20 December 2019.
Modular graduates from training organisations such as VA Airline Training taking an APS MCC course will be taught upset recovery by Ultimate High.
It’s been a big year for VA Airline Training:
April – gained UK CAA approval to deliver Airbus A320 Type Rating training
May – launched a new three-day Airline Employment Fundamentals programme delivered by dedicated airline recruitment professionals
June – appointed by Ryanair as an Approved Training Partner to deliver Mentored APS MCC training for around 80 new first officers per year
September – launched new career-oriented Airline Qualification Programme to include APS MCC, Airline Employment Fundamentals and Graduate Placement Support
November – selected by Titan Airways to deliver a fully Sponsored Multi-Pilot Cadet Programme which includes A320 APS MCC, MPA UPRT and a Type Rating.
VA managing director, Anthony Petteford, said, “We are driven to provide innovative career solutions for both our cadet and airline customers.
“We recognise how challenging it can be for individuals to fund training and we’ve worked hard to make sure that our high-quality training remains affordable, whilst retaining the airline ready standards for which we are renowned.
“We have also introduced new opportunities for our graduate pilots to upgrade their training courses further with reduced fees that recognise their loyalty to VA.”
To celebrate the VA and UHA training alliance and the further advances in multi-pilot UPRT, a combined APS MCC and on-aircraft multi-pilot UPRT course is immediately available.
