On Saturday 9th April, Pilot Careers Live London hosted a Pilot Training Panel which was chaired by Jim McAuslan, BALPA‘s General Secretary and welcomed pilot training experts and pilots to answer questions on the two major routes into the career.
The panelists were Anthony Petteford (Chief Commercial Officer, CTC Aviation), Alex Whittingham (Head of Training, Bristol Groundschool), Ruth Thompson (Integrated student FTEJerez and Aer Lingus First Officer) and Dale Mudie (Modular pilot cadet and BALPA nextGen member).
Lasting nearly an hour, Jim McAuslan posed pre-selected questions to the panel, who talked about the differences between Modular and Integrated pilot training. Watch some highlights of the panel below.
