Hungarian airline Wizz Air is hiring graduates from the recently renamed Lufthansa Aviation Training Pilot Academy (LAT) (was Pilot Training Network). After a successful audit of the flight school, LAT graduates went through a selection process in mid-January 2017 at Wizz Air in Budapest. Two crews were selected and will begin their Airbus A320 type rating in April.
… and WOW air repeats
After WOW air hired a total of five crews in 2016, LAT has again successfully placed numerous graduates with the Icelandic airline. After an assessment held early January in Frankfurt, a total of ten LAT graduates were selected by WOW air as future pilots for the airline. The crews will now begin their Airbus A320 type ratings in February at Lufthansa Aviation Training in Frankfurt.
